Using this site
This site is published for information. We keep it accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, correct or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.
The content of this site is informational and does not by itself constitute an offer or contract. Each engagement is governed by a separate signed contract, and that contract takes precedence if it differs from this page.
Product screenshots and demonstration data
Every screenshot of Correlis on this site shows demonstration data. Case numbers, account numbers, names, national identifiers, amounts, correspondence and bank names in those images are fictional and were created for illustration.
No screenshot on this site shows real customer, client or case data of any kind. Interface details may also differ from the current release of the product.
Information, not professional advice
Correlis is designed to help teams manage casework, deadlines and related compliance processes. The information on this site is general and does not constitute legal or other professional advice.
Correlis supports your team's work, but it does not replace professional judgement or your organisation's decisions about the obligations that apply to it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site - text, layout, graphics, screenshots and code - belongs to Encodius unless stated otherwise. The Encodius and Correlis names, logos and marks are ours.
You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

We do not guarantee that this site will be available uninterrupted or free of error, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to it at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes arising from them fall to the courts at our registered seat, except where mandatory law gives you rights or jurisdiction elsewhere.
